Powder Application

The second step is the powder application. It may look easy but it takes a lot of practice and experience to ensure that any product is coated with a beautiful even coat. Leave it to us! Our experienced powder coating experts ensure consistent application on the product. Using an electrostatic process, the powder particles are charged in order to adhere to the substrate in a smooth, even layer. Our equipment are regularly maintained and cleaned to prevent any application issues.

The temperature and time it takes to cure a surface very much are based on several factors such as the size of the product, thickness of the coating and coating material used.
